You have a right to cancel your order for any item from the time it is ordered to within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods). Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the products. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods, which means the goods must be unused.

In addition, all our products come with a 30-day money back guarantee. Send any unopened item back to us within 30 days of ordering for a full refund. We recommend you use an insured carrier such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

We cannot accept returns past the 30 days from the order shipping date, except in the unlikely event that the goods are found to be faulty or the description is not entirely satisfactory.

In the unforntunate event that we have to issue you with a refund, we will issue the refund via BACS payment directly into your Bank Account if you paid by cheque. Payments received by credit or debit card will be refunded back on to the original card.

Please wear underwear when trying this garment on. If returned without the attached tag, we cannot offer a refund and the goods will be returned to you.If there is evidence that suggests that the TrimShorts have been worn then we reserve the right not to issue a refund. PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer exchanges, you would first need to return items for a refund and them re-submit a new purchase in the usual way. We only exchange Faulty TrimShorts or if you received an incorrect item.
